DRILL
Multi step and high precision custom drills are available at Precimac. To make a drill that has the best performance in your application, the following options usually need to be considered:
    - Material: Carbide or HSS
    - Coolant supply: Internal or external
    - Drill type: Spiral flute, straight flute
    - Drill point: Conventional point, S point,
      SE point, Delta point etc.
    - Coating: Variety of high performance
      PVD coating are available.


 

SPECIAL FORM CUTTER
Precimac supplies variety of specially designed form cutters to automotive and other massive production industries.




MILLING CUTTER
We provide carbide endmills in a wide range, including internal and external coolant supply, for roughing and finishing finish, number of flutes and end features are optional for certain application.



SLITTING CUTTER
Precimac has a long history of supplying solid carbide and HSS slitting cutters to automotive and forestry industries.

TOOL HOLDER AND INSERT
Our 3D CAD and CAM software and CNC machining center provide full capacity to design, engineer and manufacture high precision indexable tool holders. We also supply special inserts for the tool holders.
    - Milling cutters, face mill, chamfer mill or shoulder mill
    - Turning holders for CNC lathe
    - Boring bars
    - Speical purpose indexable tool holders
     

REAMER AND BORING TOOL
High precision reamer and its resharpening service are available at Precimac. We also provide carbide grooving tools and boring tools.



BURNISHING AND THREADING DIE
We supply and refurbish high precision burnishing dies, threading dies as rivet dies. These dies can be made out of carbide and tool steel.

We provide the cutting tool regrinding and other services to our customers mostly in southern Ontario, Canada.
