SERVICES SHARPENING AND REFURBISHING SERVICES As a full-service supplier, we offer a comprehensive regrinding and refurbishing service both for original Precimac tools and for competitive brands. All tools serviced are totally controlled by our QA department with the same quality standard as new tools manufactured. We work closely with each customer to optimize quantities, deliveries and sharpening options. A GLANCE AT PRECIMAC CNC TOOL CUTTER GRINDING Most tools are re-sharpened on the CNC tool cutter grinding machines. For the tools originally made by Precimac, we use the same program and wheel stacks for sharpening to guarantee the quality of the serviced tools as same as the tools newly made. We are fully equipped with Walters' CNC tool grinding machines and the touchless CNC inspection equipment. With the latest state-of-the-art of equipment we supply our customer with the quality product and quality service.  LASER ETCHING Our TRUMPF Vectormark is a powerful and universal laser marking unit. Customers are welcome to share the spare capacity for both high volume production order and arty feature creation. |
